Back from the gym

Well tonight was way too cold for me to walk to the gym for Friday yoga, though I did see a lovely sunset in the sky. I did see Amanda today, though she did forget that we get done at 6:50 PM with our sub yoga instructor. So she was kind enough to drop me off at home tonight. I also did inform her, that I would be going on my winter break in a week or two, depending on the weather. I've so blessed to know her for 3 months as a new friend.
Here's what we did in class today after we've warmed up with stretches:
20 Planks
20 Cobras
20 Up Dog and Down Dogs
20 1-legged Down Dogs (10x/side)
4 Crescent Moon Stretches (2x/side) and 6 Crescent Moon Lunges (3x/side)
10 Arm Sweeps and Forward Folds
2 Ashtanga Tree Poses (1x/side)
10 Boat Poses (High, Low and Regular)
2 Bridge Poses
1 Legs Up the Wall Pose and Corpse Pose
That's about it for tonight.

It sounds strenous. If I ever get some extra cash I am gonna take a few yoga classes at our rec center. It would be good for me.
