The New York Giants 2017 football is so bad "How bad is it?". It was so bad that when former Giants head coach Bob McAdoo and former Giants general manager Jerry Reese decided to bench Giants starting quarterback Eli Manning after 210 starts, Geno Smith was his replacement for the Week 13 football game versus the Oakland Raiders. Geno Smith Junior who is the father of Geno Smith III claims that an angry football fan of Eli had called Geno Junior a death threat against his son if he made the start against the Oakland Raiders. Smith Junior laughed at the person who made the death threat against his son. However Smith Junior did not report the death against his son to either the authorities or officials of the National Football League. It is one thing to admire Eli Manning for winning two Super Bowls against the New England Patriots but making threats against his replacement quarterback is out of bounds. Of course after McAdoo and Reese were fired after the loss to the Oakland Raiders so Eli will return to his starting quarterback job when the Dallas Cowboys come to town next Sunday at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford New Jersey. Happy now Manning fans?

What a lost year for the Giants. Time for changes.

I know what you mean. The Giants will be in a rebuilding mode for the next few years.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Eli end up in Denver next year.
