How many of you use vaporizers when you are stuffed up?

I have chronic rhinitis so my nose gets very stuffed and I use a vaporizer at times to unstuff it. I also need it to clear out my head and see if it helps my nose drips.
I have a hot one and tried the cold one and did not like it. I use the hot one all year round. So, any of you have hot or cold vaporizer and does it help you?

I don't use these. I always have to have a handkerchief with me as my nose needs an occasional wipe too. It only 'runs' if I get a cold.
