The title of this post is a famous dialogue from the Arnold's film " terminator genesis". I believe it is the physical attractiveness that labelled you as old and young. Every morning I go for a walk and what I see is a Senior man sitting outside the building area and doing breathing and stretching exercises. He does it with perfection. To my surprise he also. do push ups (sun salutation in yoga). He is may be above 65 and a living example. To all the people who feels skeptical about aging, he is the ultimate example . Iam observing him for the last eight months and never try to strike a conversation with him. I feel it is better not to disturb anyone's meditation. He inspires in many ways and what we call in modern terminology, he is trending in that small radius. Whether it is wet, cold or hot, he will continue his morning activity without any lags. Commitment to an exercise routine like this is adorable and praise worthy. He is not Arnold Schwarzenegger, but the dialogue very much suits to him " Old but not Obsolete "
