It’s useless without internet

I still remember when I purchased my first computer back in the good year 2000. I had tons of games, programs and media on the computer that I spent hours using. All that was before the internet.
Now my internet WiFi disconnected for few minutes only. I was trying to find something to do on my tablet until internet is back. But there was nothing really.
All the games and apps require internet connection. So I just put my tablet on the side. It’s all useless without the internet.
Maybe I should install some offline games so I can kill time when internet goes off again.

You should install offline games so you will be busy. I can't live without internet connection.

The same thing happened to me recently. The only thing that I could find to do was write on the notepad, but that was it. Thank goodness we have our phones and tablets.

@Madshadi Definitely, I don't think I could last long without it.

My parents bought a computer for us back in gosh very early 90s. We were one of the only kids in school that had one. I found things to enjoy on it for the month or so before we got the internet. I loved looking through Encarta which was basically an encyclopedia. But yep now there’s really not much point in a computer without internet.
