Maybe I shouldn't have asked!

So, I went to my Christmas party today, which is a lot of fun every year, but I brought a chocolate cake, which I had to make in the microwave..since my oven is likely not going to be fixed until early January..anyway, I put butter and milk in it.. instead of water and oil which is supposed to make a boxed mix taste more like homemade. I didn't eat any at the party because I knew I would have some to take home..so I noticed the lady sitting across from me had some. I said "Oh how;s the cake"?? She kind of wiggled her hand like..it was OK, sort of indicating she had had better..hmmm! lol..she did not know I had made it..but anyway,,I couldn't wait to taste it when I got home. I think it is quite good..above average..I don;t think I should have asked..lol. It brings back the old adage..if you don't want to know the answer, don't ask the question!
