I know this is largely a generational thing . I'm 60 and while I find texting is a great tool and efficient communicator, I still do most of my web surfing, writing , and pretty much everything on my PC with it's nice big screen!
I leave my phone on my desk at work and only occasionally look throughout the day for missed calls or texts.
I do love my tablet for reading magazines as I subscribe to Texture and love it for its efficiency, but my phone is well...pretty much a phone ! .
So I ask you all , How glued are you to your phones?
Are you the type that has to respond to every Tweet and Facebook message?
Do you feel " Sick " if you are unable to look at your phone?
I just read something where they say 58% of smartphone users can't go an hour without looking at their cell phone
Do tell!!!

I don't feel sick when I am unable to use my phone. I rarely use my phone for surfing the web. I currently own an iPhone 7 plus which has bigger screen but I plan to change it soon to an iPhone X. Even though my phone has a bigger screen I still prefer my MacBook Pro.When talking to friends from other countries, my phone is very convenient since I don't usually stay at home all the time. I also love instagram so when I open my phone it's the first app that I check.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the convenience of using a phone ... and its a great tool for video chat etc. I just don't want it to be the overpowering force in my day !
Funny , was just thinking mention " computer " , and some kids don't know what that is...and theres an idea for a discussion!..lol

Definitely not. I primarily use my phone to check time. When I'm home, I use it to contact my parents.
