Back from the gym

On the way to the gym, I saw snow on the ground and snow in the sky. So it sure does feel winter with the chill from the wind and cold temperatures. Today we had our substitute for Pilates today, the same sub I had last Friday and this Friday, since our class was about average. And I did see Michelle tonight.
Here's what we did today with the light hand weights, a new prop we've used in class on the mats:
1 50 Cycle
20 Bicycle Cycles (10x/side)
10 Crisscrosses (5x/side)
20 Hatchet Arm Curls (10x/side)
20 Vertical Arm Curls (10x/side)
2 Planks and 2 Side Planks (1x/side for both)
2 Reverse Bridges with 4 Leg Lifts
6 Rolls Like a Ball
10 Knee Peel-Ups (5x/side)
10 Double Leg Taps and Single Leg Taps (5x/side)
I think that's all I can remember from class in no particular order. Michelle did offer me a lift home tonight. I'm not sure if I see her next week for my final Pilates class for this season and for this year.

@KristenH my son was going to a counselor and one day we went and there was someone else there for him to talk to. I didn’t like that I think if the woman he always sees was unable to see him we should have received a call to reschedule.

Thanks. It wasn't snowing when we left, but it was super-cold.
