Headache

Once again I have a headache. It has gotten progressively worse throughout the day here at work to the point where I am pretty uncomfortable. I don’t carry aspirin or ibuprofen in my purse so I just have to deal with it for another hour and a half or so until I get home. Then I will take some Advil and lay down for a bit.
I’m supposed to meet my sister at the gym for a 5pm workout. I will set an alarm on my phone to make sure I’m awake at 4. Then, if my head is better, I’ll head up to the gym.

Hope your headache goes away soon! I just met a lady in line at the store who was buying Excedrin for her headache - she said it was the only thing that worked for her (we had a whole chat in the long line about headaches and then some!).
