My husband started saving a certain amount each week this month which he never told me about until October when we started talking about going to Mexico during my week off in November. He said he was doing it so we had the money for our airline tickets in cash for Spring Break next year. I thought that was a great idea.

Yes, this would work as well. Anything you want to save. I have been saving but just here or there. So i was goigling idea or more of a more number savings. So i typed in i wanted to save $10,000 by this time next years so iam doing so. I want another part time/full time job so then as i need a new car and that will be $550 a month if i want it paid in 3 years (as otherwise its not worth the cost/interest etc). So if i can work my 40 hours plus 30 hours i would be set with bills, a new car plus savings.

That's a good plan. Are you getting a laser printer?

I am getting a cheap printer as i don't use it often enough. Odd ticket or resume. Mine now is out of ink and its cheaper to buy a new one than ink.
