They fell asleep...

We were at a birthday/farewell party last night when the kids started acting up because they were tired. So me and their grandma decided to bring them back to the hotel.
They went straight to their own room and I thought they were gonna sleep when suddenly I heard someone knocking on my door. They wanted to stay in my room as it was too cold in theirs.
So we played the fishing game and we watched Beauty and the Beast for the 5th time. Then Shobe, the youngest, said, "I'm sleepy. Can I sleep here? " And she cuddled next to me.
It's already Wednesday here and I have to bid them farewell tomorrow. Their flight is early in the morning.

There are two beds in this room. One queen size and one single bed. My son, Shobe and I slept on the Queen sized one while Kate fell asleep watching bEauty and the beast on the single bed.
Their parents came back at midnight and carried them to their own room.I would have loved for them to stay in my room till the morning. But I know they'd prefer to be with their parents.

@kobesbuddy Kate's not really sweet. Shobe, the younger sister is an attention sicker. But Kate and I really got along well coz we talked about some personal things. And we have a special secret that only the two of us know.

The kids want to come back here next year. But their mom said two years after. I'll apply for a visa next year and hopefully I could visit them soon.

They constantly keep in touch though. Especially Kate, the older niece. She and I have gotten so close when they were here. She even spent their last evening with me.

OH yeah it was sad sending them off at the airport but Kate and I were able to spend one whole day with each other before they finally went home. She talked to me like I was her friend and we did promise to send each other message once in awhile. So when she arrived in NJ last night she sent me an iMessage and we had a video call just a few minutes ago.
