I think of milk as for babies only but now there are milk for adults. I know they are healthy. I tried drinking milk everyday to help with my insomnia but it only made me constipated so I avoided milk. Do you drink milk daily?

I do not drink milk very often. It cost too much to do it every day.

Yeah me too. Milk powder is expensive here. It's costly so we don't have milk in the ref all the time

I never take milk without adding anything to it. I can not take it in its purest form even. I like adding two glasses of water when it is bought and transferred into a container. The proportion is 1:2. How about you. Do you drink in its purest form? For coffee (I love it) it is always necessary to have the milk thin for a more taste.

I am over 60 years old, so it's important for me to get enough calcium. If I don't it is inevitable, the risk of bone thinning. So, I eat cereal with milk each day, cheese, and cottage cheese quite often.

I don't really like to drink the milk. I prefer to flavored milk such as chocolate milk. Or I'd like to add the milk into the coffee.
