How to handle Negative Feedbacks

All of us needs feedback, both positive and negative. No matter who you are and no matter what your job is. One of the best ways to handle negative feedbacks is to listen. Instead of being defensive, actually hear what's being said. You may feel hurt but having someone point out your flaws may help you change and perform better.

If its destructive feedback I just neglect or don't mind it. It will give me nothing if I give importance to them

Sometimes, it can be hard to control your emotions when you face harsh criticism at work but do not take it personally.

If the bad feedback is not degrading why not. I experience one time and she is trying to make me a shameful little being.
