Weight Loss Tips - Need snack ideas and meal plans

I'm looking for weight loss tips. Specifically ideas for things to do during the winter. I'm going to start eating healthier and start working out. Even if it means doing yoga while everyone is asleep. Maybe I'll even start doing Taebo again :) Suggestions needed: - what to have for meals - what to have for snacks if I follow a diet plan that involves having me eat every 2 hours. I'm going shopping tomorrow and I'm going to get alot of fruits and veggies. Although I still think it's sad that it costs more to eat healthy. **I deleted a lot of my post and reduced it as I had some people make some not so nice comments. I PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE ADDED THAT ANY AND ALL NEGATIVE COMMENTS WILL BE DELETED. I HAVE NO TIME FOR NEGATIVITY!!** Was just looking for some helpful suggestions to get started.

To start excercise first it's better to do warm up excercise.then choose different planks and skipping,dancing and running.your excercise should include varieties like this so you don't get bored doing routine. It's important to loss weight healthy for this you should not cut your quantity of food intake .have it 3 or times with 2 hours gap with small quantity.Being with empty stomach is not good for health. I suggest you to take some nuts .egg white oats for breakfast.fish and some protein foods cup of rice for meals. For snacks you can chose nuts and other fruits.eating daily a variety of fruit can help you better. Hope it helps you.all the best
