Thor Ragnarok: a review (no spoilers)

I've never been a fan of reviews because so often they include spoilers that ruin it for someone who hasn't seen the movie. Chris Hemsworth reprises his role as Thor in Thor Ragnarok. Mark Ruffalo returns as Thor. The comedic comradie between the two knows no bounds. I spent a good part of the movie truly laughing out loud at their dialogue. I'm a fan of action movies. I love to see things smashed and go boom. Lol this movie includes both because well, HULK SMASH! The explosions don't fail to disappoint either. There are cameos from other Marvel characters and of course the obligatory Stan Lee cameo, don't blink though or you might miss it. Cate Blanchett is Hela, the goddess of death in the movie, but in real Norse mythology the goddess is known as Hel, ruling The hellish worlds of Hel and Niflheim. Her costume is pretty skin tight in the movie and her headpiece is sort of reminiscent of Medusa minus actual living snakes. You can hardly recognize Cate in this movie. She looks stunning! Thor finally comes into his own in this movie with the help of friends both old and new along the way. I spent a good part of the movie bouncing along to the movie soundtrack which is fantastic by the way. Don't blink at the end and make sure to stay until after the end credits or you'll miss stuff linked to the future of the Marvel cinematic universe. My final comment is that if you like action, comedy and you're already a fan of the MCU, the Thor Ragnarok is a definite two thumbs up worthy of watching.

I liked the first Thor movie. Disliked the second Thor movie. Have not seen this one.

I agree that the first one was the best, but this one is better than the second.
