My Husband Helps Me Comb My Hair.

Some may find it very lucky and some might find it silly. But for me it has really helped me out in having a healthy and long hair. Before marriage I had long thick hair which started to lose its health due to not being so careful. My husband loves my long hair and was disheartened when he realised that my hair is weakening day by day. He decided to take care of my hair himself by oiling, shampooing, drying and even combing them. You won't believe it but I have started realising difference in my hair health, you might find hard to believe it but its true. It might be my husband's positive thinking or his strength of love, that we are witnessing changes. Or it just might be that men have positive vibes in their hands that stimulate the hair follicles of females. Image Credit: Pixabay

That is nice that your husband does that for you. My husband will color my hair for me. I use those kits where the dye washes out after 24 washes. I am very grateful he helps me with that.

Stimulation of the scalp is good. My sister takes the over the counter supplement Biotin, and it has helped thicken her hair. It's easy to get here, but I don't know about where you live. It makes hair and nails healthier.

Your hair definitely reacts to the treatment. Less stress does hair good. A lot of stress and you lose hair.

@lady1993 I use almond drop hair oil but I warm the oil with little bit of garlic added to it. It helps in strengthening the roots.

Surely he takes more time than you did oiling and combing your hair, this is important to stimulate the roots.

You might also try eating certain foods to attain better hair health. Some items mentioned by the experts are: chicken, salmon, strawberries, almonds, and beans. These provide necessary vitamins and minerals for healthy hair.

@dgobucks226 You are right eating certain foods help in fulfilling the vitamin needs that hair consume. I use almond hair oil and even eat daily but due to being pure vegetarian avoid eating chicken.

This makes me smile! My husband took the upper hand, keeping my waist length hair trimmed, when we first got married. We've gotten away from that nurturing and I miss it very much!
