Favorite Christmas beverage

I just took a poll on my favorite Christmas beverage. I picked eggnog, (although could have easily picked mulled wine or cider) but most picked hot chocolate. I do like hot chocolate but you can have that any time the weather is cold not just for Christmas. This leads to the burning question what is the difference between Wassil and mulled cider or wine? I might have picked hot buttered rum..always wanted to try it, but have never had it..it sounds delish to be honest. What is your favorite Christmas beverage?

I guess if I had one, it would be Kahlua and cream.

Baileys is kind of the traditional holiday thing..but Kahlua and cream why not?

I don't have a favorite Christmas beverage but I do enjoy a little Bailey's Irish Cream over the holidays.

Eggnog hands down. While all the other stuff is good too eggnog is the one beverage we reserve only for Christmas. That way it remains and maintains its status being a Christmas drink. We make ours just after ThanksGiving and freeze it till Christmas Eve.
Hot buttered rum is good but I'm not much of a drinker. I do however love hot buttered homemade cocoa.

It is really, really good with peppermint schnapps..that is my fave way to drink it.

@snowy22315 Ours is simply ginger, sugar and lime fermented for a week.
