The Electric Drying Rack Has Finally Arrived

After waiting almost 2 weeks, it's been finally delivered. I tested it once so far and it took about an hour to dry bed and pillow sheets. Not too bad. But I don't think it will perform well with thicker clothes and towels. But I'm happy with it nevertheless. It will save me so much time and space. I forgot to mention that some screws were missing. But I can get those from the shop. They have to be anti-rust. Until then it can still do the job.

Thanks Michelle. I guess in your place something like this is not needed.

It is. In Philippines I believe you have quite a long rainy season. This could come handy.

@Kandae11 how long does it take you to dry the clothes in such weather?

The racks are heated up to 50 C. The heat speeds you the drying process. Very neat

@Madshadi does it blow air out to dry the clothes?

I used to put mine in the bathroom too. Laundry room takes longer to dry them. Sometimes clothes would take up to 2 days to dry.

@Madshadi Here in Florida on a day like today, they dried quickly. Usually I put them on the lanai and hang them on furniture. But our furniture isn't out since we want to buy new furniture. I should pick up a rack like yours.

@DianneN maybe you would just need a normal rack, not electric one. Most of winter here is wet. Nothing dries quickly.

That's a nice-looking unit. We don't need them in Australia but in Ireland my son and his wife had washing draped everywhere trying to get it dry.

I used to do that on some rainy Sundays too. Hopefully I won't need to do that from now on.

Isn't it so nice when the products arrive in a timely manner? Customers are certainly pleased when such occurrences occur. Blessed.

I just love when they arrive earlier. Today is not laundry day but I couldn't wait for the weekend to test it.

Does this take the place of a dryer? I would love to have one for more delicate clothes.

This one takes longer. But the advantage is that you can use it as regular rack too. And it adds a little warmth to the laundry room. Also, I believe it consumes significantly less energy.
