How can I have firm abs?

I go to gym three times a week. Just lost some weight. I have a question. Do you have firm abs? and how do you make it?

If that was your pic, you look healthy and fit enough. Don't worry too much about firm abs. Too much of muscles and the female's body suddenly looks like a piece of furniture. As long as you are fit, that counts more than anything.

You need to do specific exercises that work out your tummy muscles. These include abdominal crunches.

I think you need to talk to a trainer at the gym, they can help you get the abs you want.

It's not the abs but the fat covering it you should work on if you want 6-pack abs. But why do you want that?

Is it you on the picture? Every morning sit-up will help. For me at least 20-25 times. Depends on your body but at least on medium workout I guess.

Oh no, no luck there...not even a memory! I was always in form but never totally so. Seems you are doing okay from your pics. I don't think you have to worry much!
