According to health experts rice bran oil is the healthiest oil on the planet hence I use rice bran oil. Till yesterday the canola oil was one of the more preferable oils. Today is worst because recent research says that canola oil responsible for memory loss and weight gain. Whether should we believe on expert's comments?

@ChoukseyMK I do agree with that. But I do think there are cooking oil that can be used. However, it is not advisable not to re-use the cooking oil.

@ChoukseyMK Tummy Specialists say its the best deal when using these oils for cooking and frying things whatever it might be. I have found for frying meat that you have put in flour it works best also.

Corn oil one of the most healthy oils as it contains PUFA and low saturated fatty acids. corn contains comparatively low fat content for oil production. Therefore corn oil so expensive, even I have not see on shelf of department store.
