My Brother Refused, To Get Out Of Jail

My brother girlfriend said, she told her lawyer that she, wanted to make a deal for my brother, to get out of jail so, he won't go to prison they were really against this, they wanted to try him, so when the plea deal was told, to my brother he didn't understand what the lawyer saying to him, I guess he thought he would have been pulling, more jail time and he refuse the deal, and the lawyers were upset that he, refuse the plea deal, now my brother has to go to trial, but my brothers girl friend said, he does have another chance, to accept the plea deal before he goes to trial, my brother is very bull headed, he don't like people telling him, what to do, I hope he thinks about this clearly.
