Woke Up Half Alive

I was finally getting some good hard sleep when I was awaken but Tony in the living room coughing and not the normal cough the " I am sick" cough. I also had a very sore and dry throat.
I got up, went to give him medication. Tony will not take random medication because he does not want to take to much and die ( I have a schedule and he follows it but not with cold meds.) I went back to bed after I got water.
I could not go back to sleep.
I got back up and made us hot lemon water, I had forgotten about this but @unclejoe reminded me to use this. Tony did not like it because he loves his sugar, me? I have been drinking lemon water for years.
After the shots the doctor gave me, I feel better but I will just chill and sleep when I feel sleepy, My biggest pain is this sore throat and that I cannot talk loud, I mean its very low. I have a whole weekend to do nothing, well I had planned to work outside since it`ll be warm today before getting sick but we`ll see how that goes. I do not have a fever today. 
Since I am late baking cookies for the elderly, I will be even later because I am not about to cook while I am sick and send food out, I would be afraid I had contaminated it, so I will see how I feel around Tuesday and just have a day of baking.
Lets hope tomorrow I am all the way alive again.

I'm so sorry you're sick this morning and Tony too. I hope you're both well soon. As for me, my cold is almost gone and I should be back in the pool on Monday, God willing.
Take it easy today, rest and drink a lot of fluids, lemon water is very good for that. You'll be fine in no time.

I'm just getting over that coughing and throat problems. I hope you and Tony get over this, very soon! Now, my husband is coughing, it's probably Jay's turn now:(

My mom made me hot lemon water when I was young. It smells so good, and you're the only other person that's ever mentioned it.
I'm glad you're feeling at least half alive today, and hopefully tomorrow you will be so much better.

I still have a cough now and then but sleeping well at night. Today is the warmest we will have it for a while and I am enjoying getting things done.

Sore throats are the worst sometimes. I hope the two of you recover quickly.
Its saturday so I went to the work this morning. Ended up doing an 11 hour shift. I'm exhausted, and I feel frozen to the core. Normally I LOVE winter, but its driving me crazy this year.

Hope you are feeling much better by tomorrow. I just heard from someone today that said he had come down with some kind of strange virus and it was going around. So I said I am glad that I spend most of my time at home and I feel fine. Blessings to you and feel better.
