It is strange to find my Voter's Registration Card on my next door neighbor's front lawn.

The mail man dropped my Voter Registration Card on the ground, on the lawn of my next door neighbor's property. I only found it by chance. I was taking out the curb side trash and the neighbor had died last week so I was picking up his yard and putting out his trash can to the curb so when I was picking up trash on his lawn, thrown out of car windows as they pass by our house, I found my new voter's registration card with my name on it, laying flat facing up on his lawn. If not for me doing basic trash detail that morning, my voter's registration cared would have been blown away in the winds.
