My painted Nativity Scene

I mentioned this the other day when I started this project at a friend's ladies night at her church. I loved going and working on the craft projects with others.
I didn't like the idea to just do white as it was shown in the example.. so I waited and worked on it some with my kids today. Do you have a hard time sticking to the standard for things? or do you like doing your own thing at times?

I try to stick with the idea I have in mind, which tends to be standard/classic, but maybe I should let myself go with the flow, because it can be very hard to reach perfection, that makes me give up most of the time. Perfectionism can be brutal.

Thank you! I had debated it quite a bit when there at the ladys night. I really liked how it looked when it was just the white rustic look when done. But then I had this little mental vision of what it could look like with color and so wanted to do that with my kids.

That is so good, and it's beautiful. Great job. I always seem to change things up, and not follow the standard rules.
