Good To Be Home With the Big Dogs

When I got home walked in house with no problem. Some guard dogs we have. Kai was the first to greet me. Think Brooklyn was asleep, but Kai's look was pretty funny. Like damn someone's in the house and do not feel like biting someones face off. Then she see 's its me and becomes even more submissive looking. It was a weird expression she had. Brooklyn goes crazy as always when she see's me after a long period of time. My sister always tells me to get out of her room because she is scared Brooklyn's body gyrations will break something. Today, Brooklyn was not having it. She wanted to play ball and those cheap racquetballs was not doing it for her. Worked for last two days, but she knows where the old broken in and very bouncy blue racquetball is. Under a pallet where we have a bunch of junk that needs to be thrown out. I decided to help the poor dog out after my brother who has the best eyes says even he cannot see a ball under the pallet. Moved some boxes around and took about 10 minutes and bam their is her golden nugget in the form of a blue bouncy ball. We play for 5 minutes and she is happy as a clam. Kai was looking sad because no one was playing with her and played with with her for a minute, but Brooklyn comes running over with no ball. Took 10 minutes to find and 5 minutes for her to lose again. Love my Dogs. To dark to see now.

Regardless of how great the trip might have been, it is always nice to be back home.

Does she willingly give up the ball when she brings it back, or do you have to wrestle it away?

Wrestle for sure, but when she gets tired she drops it. Thing is she like contact. She wants you to slap her around and she is such a fun dog . Thing my brother does not get about her there is a way you have to play with her because you can tell she is not going to be so tolerant when she gets older. She has been moody all her life and will intensify as she gets older. She will take no nonsense of the way he picks her up and swings her about the way she does now. She likes and encourages the way I do it, his way you can see the expression on her face change. Keep trying to tell him but he will learn the hard way like I did way with Tristan.

@teamfreak16 Indeed, and can be a hard lesson, so hard why many end up hating dogs. Sad to say and was their fault the whole time.

@crossbones27 - You definitely have to pay attention to the way a dog wants to play.

My cat loses things or they go underneath things and I search for them and she is so happy when I find what she lost.

I like dogs. But taking care of them is really difficult so I don't have pets at all!
