How to enhance mobile speed?

My phone speed getting slow due to low RAM (4GB) capacity. I clean its memory regularly. My some of colleagues advise me for new. Mobiles with 28gb ram are available in market but quite at high price. Even 40gb mobile is coming soon in the market.

When you feel it's slow, restart your device. This can clear out the cache and stop unnecessary tasks from running.
