I'm always amaze if I finish a whole year without serious illness that I need to be hospitalized. Though I have some minor mental health issues like depression, insomnia, anxiety but I feel much better now and able to sleep well. I can handle my mental issues now. I didn't catch a fever or cough this year but I had a very bad colds. Now I'm having some sore throat but I know I can handle this. My UTI is completely gone and has not return this year. I'm thankful to God for good health. Thank God no cancer or no major operations needed.

As 2017 is about to end, I'm thankful that my parents are 24/7 safe and in good health. I wish the same thing for the succeeding years.

It is really surprising to know that one more year is going to end. We become old one year more. Glad to know that healthwise you had a better year this time. Hope it will continue the same in next year. Be happy and healthy always.

Maybe because I'm still young. I see some people who die this year because of health issues. I survive another year. I wonder if I get older will I still be healthy?

That's good. When I grow old maybe I will have many health issues. I'm just still young. I anticipate sickness like your mother now

@averygirl72 My mother was very healthy until only two months ago, the problem has been the stroke. She was 96, living alone and doing everything in the house.

I'm so happy for you that you felt better this year, and yes we should all thank God for our health, but most of us take it for granted.

That is awesome! I am the same, I did not need to go to the doctor at all this year, nothing bad as happened to me haha I didn't really get sick that much either. Just depression and insomnia but that is like my life staple.
