Picture Or Title What Makes You Click A Discussion.

Is it the picture that attracts you to a post or is the title that makes you read it? I often find the title more attractive then the picture at times. But while posting my Discussion my complete focus is on how nice the picture I can find. I like title more but feel people like the picture more, what say you? Image Credit:- Pixabay.

The way discussions are listed, I think titles would attract first.

@sjvg1976 Yes, but it's usually clearer to see once the discussion is opened...

Most of the time it's the tittle which attract me to the post.

Actually the thumbnails are too small to be judged at times, a title is very easy to read so I guess the title is more in focus then the picture.

For me it's the title, not the picture, especially if it's the post of a member I don't know well.

For me, it's some of both. If I see a snow scene that was taken by the writer, I will tend to visit. If I see a generic Pixaboy photo, I often move on. But if the title is catchy, or it's someone I know, I'll read.

@kavinitu Yes. Most of the pictures on my posts were taken by me, and I like it when others do the same. I feel like Herc is my buddy. He's @JudyEv's pet sheep. @JJ's Scar is the same.

@kavinitu Kavita, as far as here goes if the title interests me then read the post but as far as a book is concerned I flip to the back to see what it is about and then decide if want to read or not.

Great or at times we actually don't get what to respond on titles that are attractive but content is something that goes over the head

I rely on contents of a post rather than picture accompanying it. Some mylotters post pictures which are not at all connected with the contents of the post.

Yes both matter but the title is the priority and the picture is to boost the interest in the content. And post from our followers also do matter whether the content or title isn't so interesting
