End Year Bonuses / myLot

Well, all my colleagues are pretty hyped as the month draws to an end. The main reason is because the disbursement of year end bonuses will happen soon. Well, I am not exactly entitled to full amount as I barely made the 1 year cut but that's better than not getting anything. Hopefully, my boss is generous with his recommendations.

I wish you good bonus. Yeah, it depends more on what others think about our work though the ultimate judge should be us as per me. Overall, the bosses are fair - siva

Yeah, it depends on the boss. Sometimes, our 'excellent' is just 'as expected' to them. A matter of perspectives, I would say.
