How Does Anyone ''Preach the Bible'' without ''Bearing False Witness''?

"Witness" is 'a retelling of an event by a person who was actually there,' yes? They say that "False Witness" is more like 'falsely accusing someone of a crime (usually from the witness-stand in a courtroom,' http://www.bing.com/search?q=bearing+false+witness+definition&FORM=R5FD&rrid=_4a4d8ca6-d007-c59d-34cf-7b40dfa07200 but many a Sunday-school class teaches the "Thou shalt not bear false witness"-commandment as 'Thou shalt not lie." (I looked on BibleHub, and the closest things I found were "Thou shalt not lie with man as with woman" and "Thou shalt not lie with thy neighbor's wife" ... and the actual 'Bear false witness'-commandment was actually about 'lying in testimony against your neighbor.') But anyway ... you can't always know whether 'what you have been told or -have read' isn't just a lie, so the best way to stay innocent is to "cite your sources" (telling everyone 'where you heard it'). That way; you're not telling them 'something actually happened,' you're telling them 'you heard it told that something actually happened.'

It's a very fine line, hard to walk. I have always had a great deal of respect for the Reverand Billy Graham. To my knowledge, his ministry has never had scandals or unsavory financial practices. From what I have read and seen throughout my life is that Reverend BILLY Graham has made himself available to Presidents of both parties, but never endorsed or campaigned for any of them. His son FRANKLIN Graham, unfortunately, is another story. Franklin is the rotten fruit that spoiled the BILLY GRAHAM EVANGELICAL ASSOCIATION! I've been taught to pray that the Lord guide and grant wisdom to our government representatives, no matter their political affiliation, to do what is best for their citizens, regardless of whether we voted for them or not.

I didn't mention one-or-another preacher or -denomination (kinda like they do on Shepherd's Chapel broadcasts---they might talk about 'ideas some churches talk about,' but they always say "we have one judge, Our Father in Heaven; it's not our job to accuse") ... familiarity breeds contempt ... that is; If you decide 'whose side you're on,' you're gonna hate yourself when your teammates--with whom you absolutely-always have to agree--are wrong & bad. 'Being devoted to your God' means you have to be ready to turn against your mother, -father, -sister, -brother or -other former teammates if their actions fall outside Our Father's will.

Yes saying you heard it told that something actually happened sounds a lot better.

Then "tell 'it' (or at least 'that you heard somebody tell it' ) to the world!
