Off to final Wednesday yoga for the year

This morning was quite mild in the 30s with a grey sky. At least it was much easier to walk on the sidewalks, since the sun, rain and these mild temperatures had cleared the path with salt and being shoveled. So I don't have to worry about leaving a few minutes to walk in the snow. After a quick warm up in the heated pool for water aerobics, I did get a chance to do two laps in the leisure pool after I waited for someone to leave and my quality time in the sauna. I did the first lap with the elementary backstroke and the second with the regular backstroke with smooth transitions to the end of the pool. Now I can hope to do a half-and-half on Friday morning with the backstroke and front stroke. If not, I'll wait until spring, or until I hear anything on resuming my swim lessons next year. Like I've mentioned to you last week, this week's class is going to be half of t yoga and half of meditaiton. So I'll let you know what we did before we relaxed for the rest of the class. As for Amanda, she texted me she would let me know sometime this hour if she would make it to class tonight or not. So I hope so. It's cold outside with the temps in the 20s, even for the wind chill. This is going to be it for me until March 2018. See you soon!
