worried for belly fat

everyone is worried about fat. we always try to take only healthy food to make our self healthy. but if we are getting fat and specially belly fat. it looks so uncomfortable and weird. when our whole body is slim and only belly is becoming fatty. I am looking for good and healthy diet for dinner. Because we should not take heavy meal at night. Can we take only salad at night or whole grain is important to take. I am trying to take only row vegetables at night. Because i am feeling like if we take whole grain with curry it makes our tummy fat. Can someone suggest about it.

Doing more exercise will help us prevent this. It is important to know how much we eat and how much we actually need for our daily activities.

you can try light foods like cereals, oatmeal at night time
