Too Early I Know...

But let me say Merry Christmas to all of you since I might not be able to be on here on that day.
We booked a presidential suite in a five star hotel to spend our Christmas Eve with the extended family. I'm not really excited about that but then again I would rather have a different Christmas than the ones I'm already used to...no celebration.
I'm really missing my beautiful nieces and every single day their mom would send me photos of them. This is Shobe and she really enjoys being photographed. Kate, the older sister, constantly keeps in touch with me and today she sent me a message she got a medal for the homework she finished doing while in vacation here in the Philippines.
So today I bought her a present which she will get on the 28th of December.
Hope everyone's done with their Christmas shopping. The malls are getting too crowded and the traffic jam is just terrible. I prefer staying at home.
Merry Christmas once again!

I hope so too Anna. I wish to spend the Christmas Eve at the temple with friends though.

That's really great. Not only is the traffic congested here, the malls are also packed. I can't stand too crowded places.

@bluesa Was a bit disappointed if I were to critic the hotel. But it went ok. Just to be with the family is important.

@teamfreak16 We don't really celebrate Christmas because it's the birth of Jesus Christ. We do believe in God but we don't believe in the son. But Christmas has become a day for family reunions.

@toniganzon - Yes, mainly because we are atheists, but also neither of us have anybody to celebrate with.

And she has a pretty smile.
Lucky for those people who already bought their Christmas shopping while I am stuck in the house because the boyfriend is very busy responding to the flooded area here in Davao. I hope, everybody will be okay.

I'm sorry it has been a stormy Christmas season for us. Fortunately we don't have any flooded area in my place.

Good to hear that. And not for us. Last night was terrible, some areas are flooded then this afternoon, one of the biggest malls here is on fire.

Merry Christmas. It's not too early. It's past Solstice!
I agree with you that doing something different is better than not celebrating at all, but I also agree that home is the best place to be!
I did finish my Christmas shopping. I thought I had already finished but then I realised I hadn't bought clothes for the boys, which is something I always do, so with my little bonus from work, I bought them one more thing each!
