Stretching legs while typing ...

Oh..there is a lot of comfort in stretching the legs. I am feeling it today. Every time, I keep my legs on the ground when I type. I am finding it difficult to type sitting for long hours.
Today, I just wanted to see how it will be if I type stretching my legs. I stretched my legs keeping them on the Coffee table and tried to type on my laptop kept in my lap. Yes...I am feeling quite comfortable. But, I have to be careful. I should not take a nap. If I nap, it will definitely down.
How do you type on the laptop? Do you keep it on the table?

Oh you are doing great! Yeah! Stretching legs is definitely relaxing. I find them comfortable too. But most of the time I sit on chair and do myLotting thorough desktop. I feel relaxing that way too.

I'm all over with my laptop, on the table, on my lap on the couch, on the ground. It's actually really bad for you to sit for more than 45 minutes at a time, so you should try getting up every 45 minutes just to walk around (or do some jumping jacks, etc.)!

This is exactly what somebody has suggested me. Is it possible to get up at every 45 minutes? Will it not be a disturbance? So, I just want to change the posture.
