Would you like a cuppa? From the time I learned the benefits of green tea, I never run out of green tea bags at home. I have a few bags in the office as well. I used to hate the taste of green tea but I have gotten so used to it. I like them hot on a cool weather. I like them cold in the summer.

I have never been a fan of ice tea. Although I am mainly a coffee drinker, whenever I take tea it is always hot. Chamomile is my favorite.

No thank you, I cannot stand the taste of the tea. In the afternoon I can have a hot chocolate if it's very cold, in the morning coffee or cappuccino.

It's good that you like it. I prefer green tea over black because black has more caffeine. And green tea is more hydrating and great for the skin. There are days when I don't drink green tea too.

my cardiologist and the nutritionist of the hospital when i was confined last year, told me to not drink green tea. this tea has Vitamin K content. so when i am offered a C2 bottle, i make sure it is apple tea and not green tea. my son now enjoys drinking tea with milk. i told him that was how i drank tea in Kuwait. i think that is English tea.

@toniganzon Not once it is brewed, tea leaves have more caffeine than coffee beans but the tea is much more diluted and has according to the Mayo clinic tea has about 1/4 the amount of caffeine in coffee. Coffee 95-165 mg Tea 25-48 mg per 8 ounces.

I mix up my beverages. I have coffee at least three times a day, and then tea of almost any kind in between. I have some matcha powder, but do not care for it, so I will put it in smoothies.

Not into coffee because I get palpitation when I drink one. The only coffee that doesn't affect my heart beat is Starbucks.
