If you want to eat healthy and live a healthy life you have to get foods with a lot of sugar out of your diet. When you feel like you want something sweet to eat. Than grab a handful of nuts and eat them. Go for a nice long walk in fresh air instead of sitting around all day, Be active in your life. Throw away all the junk food that is nothing but sugar. And eat foods that are good and healthy for you . Why drink something that is high on sugar. When you can drink water that is good for you.

Good morning, what a positive post. Made me want ti jump right out of bed and start my day. However, today is my first day of Christmas vacation so I plan to linger a while. Another healthy thing the body needs is proper rest and with my schedule I can be found working long hours and unpredictable hours covering breaking news. I just bought fresh apples, lemons and oranges because we like making our own drinks. Lemon water, gresh squeezed orange juice. While water hydrates it takes a long time. Gulping down water only makes you go to the bathroom. To hydrate it is recommended one slowly drinks it continuously. Water doesnt give the body what it actually needs if one is already dehydrated. The body need electrolytes specifically, so stay hydrated is very important if all you plan to drink is just water because once your dehydrated the body needs other things. Great topic, I love drinking water and hydration is so important to fend off migraines, vertigo, dizziness, sinus issues and so many other things.
