Please Be Patient

A relative of mine who used to brush off any old friends who expressed a wish to re-contact him (via me) ten years ago, suddenly asked me today to please help him locate those old friends again. I was a bit surprised, but am doing my best to dig up old info. (Not too successful so far, but while searching for old school photos, I have to admit I got distracted and went searching for something else completely irrelevant to my relative's request! )
I know that I am a bit dumb, but I was on Facebook for just a few seconds searching for some info, when suddenly a friend from France said hello to me. Now, how did she know that I was there ?
I feel very guilty right now since I haven't done my notifications here properly lately, but life is too hectic and won't stop until after the 28th or so, with this and that obligation. I will do my best from whatever time I have left, hope you understand.
Merry Christmas to everyone. Anyone plans to go to the Midnight mass this year? I will settle for the morning mass, but let see. (I still have a few more shopping trips to do, to please someone here! )
Curious if any of you still search for old school friends? Any success?

You mean if a famous and successful person heard that someone is searching for him/her, they will still answer? I have friends here who ask us specifically not to let anyone else knows about them.

In my early days of Facebook, I got addicted and started searching for everyone I knew from my life. Sometimes if I found one person, they would be connected to others - also there were school group pages, some by graduation year. I actually have found most people, but some are not on FB - and some I don't recall their full names. It's been nice to see what's going on in their lives, but really FB has become a real life yearbook is all . . . we are not really in contact except when we choose to.

It can be hard to do research for someone else, no wonder it can also get boring after a while.
School isn't a distant memory, I remember most names, people usually live in the usual areas and I can always check their friends to see if there are more people I know.
Merry Christmas to you too! No mass for me, I'll probably have lunch with parents and grandpa, and that will be all for that day. The day after, other relatives and I should be free until the 31st/1st.

Yes, life is hectic right now. Merry Christmas to you too! No I don't look for old school friends, and I only wish family members overseas happy birthday and merry Christmas and so on when I am on Facebook which is about once a month.

Many of my old friends, the females, are not on FB, or if they are, they must have used their husbands' names. I can't find those.
