I know I'm supposed to be on vacation...

You got me folks... Today just seemed like the perfect day to update my Linked In account. I changed the cover image, updated the headline and summary. I even finished my Year in Review video now I just need to write the article and it will be ready to publish for New Year's Eve. Everyone in the house is still sleeping and I, by habit, woke at 5 a.m. so I couldn't just sit around doing nothing. The rain finally stopped and I'm wanting french toast. At the rate of them waking, it will be brunch. I'm okay with that. On the plus side, I turned the corner on my first winter cold and it's finally leaving me. I'll be good to go for Christmas. Bring on the cookie making... Not a moment to spare either.

That sounds almost like fun. I've never paid much attention to my linkedin accounts but then I don't plan on working again. French toast sounds good ... maybe I'll make some with melted cheese instead of jellies, jams or syrup.

I love that majestic building. I'm glad the cold is almost over. Cookie making is such a cheery activity.

It's the old courthouse. If you walk into Security Mutual and go to the 7th floor it's right at eye view and when the birds are flying around the old courthouse it looks so beautiful. I have a photo somewhere of the view. Maybe I can find it in my files over vacation. All my photos are in files for specific things but it should be in either landscape file or credited photos.
