Just to wish you all Happy Christmas / myLot

Life has been a bit hectic so I haven't been here. I'm just looking forward to doing a Christmas service for the detention centre tomorrow and then driving to my parents where I'll spend the time with my grandson and daughter. For some reason we're apparently having curry and sparklers for Christmas Eve which actually I am rather I rather looking forward to. I do hope that everyone has a wonderful time this Christmas and a blessed one remembering the real reason for the season. Freya the Cat blog cat will be happy because she will be next door keeping my neighbour company. I've bought a cracker and a Christmas dinner for the cat to keep them both amused. Hopefully in the new year I'll be back more but just so lovely to be able to pop in and say hi.

Thanks for the good wishes and I hope your Christmas is fulfilling and enjoyable too. It seems many have got a bit involved in other things just lately.

@Jackalyn I was here for a couple of days then away for six and got back today. I have a huge pile of laundry to tackle but we're going to my sister-in-law's birthday party tonight and staying the night so it will all have to wait till tomorrow.

It was good. First ever with no major family row and my daughter was not depressed. We had a lovely time and the only sadness was my son did not join us. However, he was drawing caricatures of the homeless at a food bank event so we cannot complain.
