Watching one of my favorite Christmas movies

That would be Christmas Eve on Sesame Street! It just reminds me of a simpler and happier time in my life, for a few moments anyway. My parents used to sit my sister and I down in front of the TV to watch this Sesame Street special on each Christmas Eve. We just LOVED it, but we were huge fans of Sesame Street in general. This is just such a great movie. Everyone wants to make sure that Santa can land on the roof to deliver presents, including Big Bird and the children. Then there is the modern-day Gift of the Magi adaptation, and we have Oscar's struggle to contact Santa. I'm 40 and watching this movie still gives me chills. Maybe you had to grow up with it. I don't know.
