How to translate your own native language into English efficiently and effectively?

This is my most and the biggest problem in making a discussion on a forum. I have already an idea what to write but my problem is how to translate it in English. Any tips or suggestions?

@talkerbee There was a time when I had the same problem.My mother tongue is Hindi.I think in my mother tongue and then try to translate it into HindI. I tried to understand English grammar and now I don't have much difficulty in expressing myself in English,Although my English is not perfect.

As they say, "practice means perfect." Word for word translation is not so hard for me but the sentence translation.

@talkerbee In that case,reading passages translated from your mother tongue into English can be very helpful to you.
