The Perfect Christmas, well almost / myLot

After traveling to New Jersey from Florida where it was very hot, I got my Christmas wish when I woke up today. The ground was covered in white and it was freezing outside. That is what I wanted to see on Christmas morning. My children came for the day and we had a great dinner. My one grandson brought his music box with him and entertained us all day. He is 17 and very funny. His brother is in the Navy and at boot camp and this is the first time he missed any holidays, I had everyone write a note to him on a special Christmas Card I had made up in red/white and blue. Everyone enjoyed doing that and we wished we could see his expression when he reads the card. Some people wrote on the card that I was holding everyone hostage and no one could eat dinner until they finished putting some holiday wishes to him. I wish I could see his face when he gets it, I know he will love it and would know right away who started this whole card thing. I hope everyone had a very special Christmas to.

My daughter is getting ready to go up to see his graduation and it is so cold here I cannot imaging what it will be up there in Michigan.

@LadyDuck I am stil freezing and I don't think I will ever be the same again. To make things worse, I packed everything up today and have my suitcase ready to go and my husband said we are not going until the day after. I think I got colder then.

Me to, but I think I have had enough of this white stuff and freezing temperatures. I hate to keep putting the heat up as this is my friends house and she is not here.
