Good Morning Mylot 12/26 The Day after!

Well, it's the day after the big day, but I am going to keep the celebration going. I plan to go out to get some half priced bagels at Panera hopefully today is still sale day..and do a bit of shopping. I will be up near the Target so I will see what they have. I may hit Bob Evans while I am out. I haven't been there in years. I want to buy a small rug for the living room as well. It lacks something. What are your post Christmas plans?

I am staying home today. I have no desire to shop , yes, I know, after Christmas Sales, but I really can't take the crowds especially at Wal-Mart!

I did plan to go to the pool this morning. But I kept hearing 'no' when I considered it. So thought maybe it would not be a good day to go. When I had a chance to see the temps I saw that might be why, it's -10 and that's not wind chill. I suspect the wind chills are even lower than that as it's supposed to be windy today. So today I will stay warm in my apartment, spend time here, and get some writing done, maybe watch some movies or something on the DVR as I did find some movies on TV to record. Pretty much I'm just going to relax today.
I hope you find a rug, and enjoy those bagels at Panera.

You would not get me out of the house in those kind of temperatures! That sounds like a very good "inside" day. Actually, I would be inside all week, if it was like that here!

@snowy22315 It was getting really cold on my way home from my brother's yesterday. The inside of the car never did get warm before I got home. It takes a half hour to get from my brother's. I was cold the rest of the night, despite the heat in my apartment. I turned the heat down as I always do when I go to bed, and the furnace ran all night, which tells you it got really cold last night to bring the furnace on. I was toasty under all my covers. I turned it up when I got up, and still the furnace is going on often. Yup, not going anywhere today.
