Seriously, what do you like to do to lose weight. Any weird diet plans or regimens? I've heard of a diet that consists of consuming massive amounts of coconut oil? Personally, I like to be basic, eat healthy and work out. What are your thoughts?

Those weird fads are not healthy or sustainable. The best way is to cut back on fats and carbs, and exercise more.

That's awesome. I've always worked in an office so I sit most of the time.

I would rather stick to ones that don't do any harm in the long run. I feel that drinking lots of water before meals is very effective and of course keeping a watch on what you eat ...

@taciaelisepeace True, better to stick to methods that make you lose weight slowly and steadily..

Agreed. I think those diet pills, shakes, and other products could be very bad for you. Or anything that claims to make you lose weight faster than normal.

I just posted one about what worked for me. I think any diet will work if you stick to it as long as you are burning more calories than you consume. Best of luck.

I will have to look for that post! I have also read about burning more calories than you consume. I saw another study about there are people that are consuming half as many calories that they would every day during the week, basically fasting on the weekends.

I prefer to play high intense sports (soccer/badminton) regularly (3 times a week for 1.5 hrs). Plus having healthy food

That is actually a good plan. I want to get into at least a sport in general. Such as partial arts.

I do not have a hard time to not eat much in summer. I like to drink more than eat and I tend to be thinner. I went on a Burger King Whopper diet once and wrote my bike and lost weight.
