Hello Friends Till yesterday morning I was saying to people here that its not so much cold here. But I must say since yesterday evening its too much cold here. Though I always like cold. But strange thing is that since yesterday evening I am feeling kind of sleepy. Even after having proper sleep at night, I still feel the same. I wonder if it is because of this more cold weather today. Is anyone here know the connection between this? Or I am the one who is making connection without any theory.

It is, my friend. Cold weather slows down oxygenated blood to our body. That's why we feel sleepy.

Ohhh.. I didn't know about that. May be that's why I am feeling bit sleepy since yesterday as there is sudden increase in cold. Thanks for the info.

I don't know what is the connection but that's true it's tough to wake up in the mornings of winter compared to the mornings of summer.

True SJ. But still I am getting up early in the morning. Well, not me, but actually my 1 year daughter is forcing me to wake up as she always wakes up 6AM in morning.

@akp100 and I wake up at 4:30 am. Imagine how it feels to get up from bed so early in winters.

I think the cold weather has something to do with it.

Yup, that';s what I was thinking too. But I wasn't sure, but as now many others are thinking the same then there should be some connection.

When it is cold outside, we don't feel to do anything. We feel lazy and just want to sleep with our blankets wrapped around us.

Yes, may be that's why I left that too for last two days. Today I am doing fine.

I think it is going to stay cold until winter is over. It is colder than last year.

Ha ha.. Yup, it is bit colder than last year. Though it wasn't that much before two days. Last two days are just turning up.

We have shorter days here in winter, and less light, so feeling tired seems to be the result.

Same here. But I am feeling this only since last two days after sudden increase in cold. So don't know.

I think there is a connection. Here it is recommended to heat less bedrooms than other rooms for a better sleep. The official advice is 16°C for bedroooms.

Then it must be some connection. I was saying this because in last two days there is sudden increase in cold, and since then I am feeling this thing.
