What do you do to relieve stress?

For me I set up this empty corner of my room with tapestries, farie lights, pictures and candles. I also placed a fluffy saucer chair in the corner. Sitting in this area gives me peace and inspiration. I enjoy reading, writing or enjoying a simple phone game. Listening to music is also a big one for me. It is one of the greatest escapes. I also exercise to relieve stress either at home or at the gym. Give me your thoughts!

I relieve stress by either working out, going for a long run or a long bike ride. Usually it's either running or biking. It really doesn't matter the time of day or weather. I put my ear buds in crank up my playlist and GO!

Hey there, Natacia! Lately I haven't been too much worked up on stress. I feel stressed out on a daily basis, yes, but when I come home, I can find my beautiful wife waiting for me, which puts me at an ease mood. Suddenly, I just want to be with her and simply being in the same room as her is already relaxing for me. I also like to run and play the guitar. The last one, actually, is quite a stress reliever! Have a nice time!

I'll read a book. I'll go for a walk. Listen to some relaxing music. Just some things that I do to relieve some stress.

You cannot go wrong with any of those things. Simply individuals in things you enjoy and you will feel more relaxed.

You adopt good methods to get rid of stress. I would read something and would try to distract my mind to lessen my stress levels.

@dpk262006 That is awesome that you found a way to relieve stress. I can read occasionally, sometimes I get too antsy. I cant sit and watch TV for very long either. I have to get up and do something.
