Happy new year to everyone on this site. A good news story from Oaklyn New Jersey happened on Saturday when an eyewitness saw a Shar Pei dog fall into an icy lake on Saturday. The Oaklyn Fire Department answered the emergency call to rescue the dog on Newton Creek that fell into a nearly frozen lake. Two firemen went into the frozen lake to locate the male dog that fell into the thin ice opening to get the dog out of the icy lake. The firemen then paced the dog into a sled where the fireman carried the dog once they were close to the shore. The firemen and the dog are safe and sound after the accident in New Jersey according to the fire chief Scott Cairns. The dog whose name is Lilly was returned to her owners by the firemen later on in the day.

That is true since the media delights in cramming down our throats bad news.

That is true. Not to mention a heartbreak to her owners.
