New Recipe Idea

My daughter is a good cook where most things are concerned. There are some she hasn't cooked very often and is unsure about.She has a learning disability so the more help she has the better. She forgets. So, I devised a plan where I would write up ingredients and step-by-step instructions on how to cook certain dishes. Then I would email them to her. Seems to work pretty well so far.

That is how i learn to cook is by recipes. Those that been cooking for a long time don't need it but i am a learner as well.
