Shining white and bright teeth

I am not having bright and white shining teeth. They are having some yellow layer over them. It is giving some awkward look when I smile. I want to have bright and white teeth. The method of baking soda and Lemon is found to be of no use. It is not serving the purpose. Is there any technique to get white teeth instantly.?

@shivamani10 it worked for me. okay then try some salt and turmeric or oil pulling
