The more I age, the more problems I have with my memory. I do have a wonderful memory of important things that have happened to me during my lifetime. But I forget what I should buy at the supermarket or who invited me and when. This is where those books are handy. They have space to write your appointments and to remind you what to do. I bought a beautiful one, the most expensive but also the most colorful one. Do you have one?

I also have a planner. It helps you keep track of all important things.

I use sticky notes on my computer so everything is on one place.

I used to have a big calendar in the kitchen. Now it is not enough.

Yes, I was given one by a lovely My Lot member, for Christmas! My short-term memory is getting worse, by the day! I can't remember simple things, as you've just described it is affecting you, also. I can remember my childhood days, wonderful family gatherings, and many good happenings I've experience. Yet, to remember what I'm at the store to buy, this slips my mind often!

Maybe that is not so important. When I forget the list, I put in the cart whatever I think will help I have never gone hungry. I wish I had. I would not have extra weight

@marguicha What makes me mad, when we're out of a simple item, like milk! If I forget it, then have to run back to the store, later on. No, we have never gone hungry, we have lots to eat!

@kobesbuddy I always say that when I come back from the supermarket, it is time to start another list with the things I forgot.
